Hans Hartung and his wife, Ana Eva Bergman, are one of the most generous donоrs who have donated 26 artworks.
Hartung’s works are received on the occasion of the personal visit of Boris Petkovski – the first Director of the Museum – to Hans’s Atelier and through the recommendation of Zoran Mušić. One of the artworks that was supposed to be donated – which appeared to be the painting T-1962-RT – was both a choice of Hartung and Petkovski. The painting was part of many museum’s exhibitions, and his graphics were exhibited in separate shows: first along with Ana Eva Bergman’s series of prints in 1966 in and in 1993.
